Technology of energy-use of waste materials (TEUW)
Our company deals with technologies of energy-utilisation from waste materials, which mostly cover energy-use from landfill gas, bio-gas stations, ecologic processing of sewage sludge, and also technology of slow termic decomposition.
The basic principle of slow termic decomposition is the increase of temperature of organic material above the limit of its stability without access of oxygen. This results in its breakdown and disintegration into low-molecular products plus a solid leftover. The products are entirely energy-utilisable materials, such as gas,oil and coke, which can be used for production of elektro- and thermo-energies.
This technology of waste-processing enables to reduce the ecological loads and amount of waste in our environment. Therefore many intitutions and producers intensively address this possibilities especialy during last few years.
Besides the municipal waste-processing, our technology is able to deal also with other difficult waste materials, such as old tyres, sewage sludge, hard plastic, biomass or poluted soil.
Reduction of the amount of waste deposited has following immediate benefits:
